Twenty Agents, One Umbrella
When several AI agents work toward one goal, they need shared instructions, permissions and a coordinator so their combined output stays consistent.
Twenty agents can produce twenty interpretations of the same instruction unless something holds them together. Twenty Agents, One Umbrella is the coordination problem of agent teams: shared goals, shared context, common rules and one place where the results are combined and checked.
The umbrella is made of unglamorous things: a written brief, consistent permissions, a budget, a coordinator that reconciles conflicts and a log a human can follow. Add agents only when the coordination is working for the ones you already have.
