A Swarm of Small Favors

An agent swarm splits a large job into small tasks handled in parallel by separate AI agents, so that no single agent carries the whole load.

Large jobs shrink when they are cut into pieces small enough to hand off. An agent swarm applies that to AI work: a coordinating agent splits a task, separate agents take a piece each in parallel and the results come back together. A Swarm of Small Favors is the friendly reading, every agent doing one modest thing well.

Small scope makes each piece easier to check. The craft lies in the split and the merge: clear instructions per agent, outputs a coordinator can combine and a readable trail of who did what.
