Undo Is a Kindness
Undo reverses an action, and in a query editor it is the safety net that makes experimenting with edits cheap and low-risk.
Everyone eventually deletes the wrong block of a query and realizes a second too late. Undo Is a Kindness is the small feature that makes editing safe: press a key and the last thing you did is reversed, including that reckless cleanup.
The idea extends beyond text. Anything that can be reversed can be tried, which is why versioned queries, soft deletes and restore points make teams braver. Design the undo before the destructive action, and remember that in many databases a dropped table has no undo unless somebody built one.
