Migration Complete
A data migration moves data and workloads from one system to another, and complete means validation has passed and the old system can be retired.
Migration Complete is a status line that costs months. Behind it sit the row counts that match, the checksums that agree, the dashboards that render identically on the new side and the cutover nobody noticed.
Earn the sentence properly: validate before you decommission, keep a rollback for a defined period and tell consumers the date. Then turn off the old system. Very little in engineering is as satisfying as deleting something you no longer need to trust.
