Data-Driven Sundown
Being data-driven means making decisions from measured evidence rather than instinct, and the title is the end-of-day version, when the day's numbers get their final reading.
At the end of a working day, the data-driven habit is small and specific: check what the numbers actually did, and let that, not the loudest opinion in standup, decide tomorrow’s first task. Data-Driven Sundown is that ritual with better lighting.
It is also an admission that evidence arrives late and imperfectly, so you act on the best available read and label it as such. Close the tab once you have written down one decision the data supports. Tomorrow starts there.
